      Our History

      From a team of three to a global force.

      We have a rich but humble heritate. Our original company was founded in Sweden in 1934 by Erik Philip-Sörensen. In year 1972, the company was consolidated under the name of Securitas and a logo was established with three dots depicting our core values- integrity, vigilance and helpfulness.

      Over time Securitas has expanded locally and globally. Securitas employs over 370,000 employees, across 58 countries spanning North America, Europe, Latin America, Africa, Australia, the Middle East and Asia.
